A son did everything to support his poor father. Just before death the father gives his son a little stick, saying it is all he has. The son keeps it a while then throws it in a gorge. It strikes against a dead elephant. The son gets the tusks and becomes rich.

የሽማግሌው ዱላ

በወርቁ ዓለሙ የተተረከ

አንድ ልጅ አባቱን ለመርዳት የሚችለውን ሁሉ አደረገ፡፡ አባቱም ልክ ከመሞቱ በፊት ለልጁ “ያለኝ ንብረት ይህ ብቻ ነው፡፡” በማለት ትንሽ ዱላ ሰጠው፡፡ ልጁም ዱላውን ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ካቆየው በኋላ ወደ አንድ ሸለቆ ወስዶ ሲወረውረው ከአንድ የሞተ ዝሆን ላይ በማረፉ ልጁ የዝሆኑን ጥርስ ስላገኘ ሃብታም ሆነ፡፡
